"We used polished Egyptian alabaster on the walls and
countertop, matching the veins for an 'open book' effect," says
designer Fernando Carrizosa-Kolbe of a bathroom he designed
in Marbella, Spain. "The custom-made glass shower box is
inserted into the wall to avoid metal fittings, and the valves
and showerhead were placed according to our client's height and
arm length. We used THG faucets, Afyon floor tiles and a
JCD bathtub. We try to study and solve every single detail in
the design process, which creates a relaxing, luxurious ambience
with no visual imperfections. "
