"I am flamboyant," says Amanda Eliasch, photographer, poet
and all-round creative force. "I like to create a visual fantasy. I
did a series of black-and-white photographs with stylist Rushka
Bergman about ten years ago, and I think they make my bath;
they add character and panache. I worked with architect Mark
Guard, and also with the designer Nicky Haslam, who saved
the space from being the kind of white box that has become so
fashionable. In my bath I can watch the changing seasons, and
the photographs remind me of a time when photography occupied
all my thoughts."
